Why are we doing this?
The idea behind this Zoho KM Group is to create/build a comprehensive integrated workspace or virtual office for members who want to communicate and collaborate to share their knowledge and expertise. Users can contribute and discuss/exchange ideas in forums, meet in live meetings or presentations, chat online, etc. Also work collectively as collaborators or contributors on relevant articles in the wiki. Or even brainstorm with others on projects they're working on. The key is the level of commitment, communication and contribution that members of the KM group are willing to put forth. Once this collaborative workspace is fully developed it can be utilized as a prototype for others to build out and customize their own company spaces using Z Business.
